CLMADE products are centred on hand-shaped, hand-worked or hand-assembled craft elements. Some pieces also contain manufactured supporting components such as earring findings, hairpin bases, brooch pins, clasps, chains, cords or structural fittings.

Individual product pages explain the relevant materials, construction and handmade processes rather than describing every component with one general label.

No. CLMADE distinguishes between an established craft tradition and the certification status of an individual commercial product.

A piece may draw on a recognised craft tradition without being independently certified as an intangible-cultural-heritage product. Heritage-related claims are used only when they can be connected to reliable documentation.

Small variations may occur in hand-shaped forms, woven motif placement and manual assembly. These can include slight differences in shape, alignment, texture or colour placement.

Refer to the product description for expected handmade variation. Damage, missing components or substantial differences from the selected design are not treated as normal handmade variation.

Materials vary by product and may include fine textile fibres, brocade textiles, sterling silver components, copper, alloy, plated metal, wood, glass, cord and other supporting materials.

Not necessarily. A silver- or gold-coloured surface may be a plated finish over another base metal. Product pages distinguish sterling silver, base metal and plated finishes wherever the information has been confirmed.

Material sensitivities differ between individuals. Review the confirmed earring-post, hook and supporting-component information on the product page before ordering.

CLMADE products are prepared in China. Refer to each product page for confirmed information about its craft, materials, making process and place of production.

DIY craft kits are not currently available to buy from CLMADE. Our current collection consists of finished accessories.

If a kit is introduced in the future, its product page will explain the included materials, required tools, skill level and relevant safety information before purchase.

Keep delicate fibres, textiles and plated surfaces away from water, perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, household chemicals, prolonged sunlight, excessive heat and repeated friction.

Because care requirements vary by composition, follow the product-specific instructions first. Read the complete Care Guide for general recommendations.

Do not wash, soak, scrub, iron or machine-clean a CLMADE textile or fibre product unless its individual care instructions specifically permit it.

Do not use chemical jewellery cleaners, polishing compounds or abrasive cloths on an assembled product unless the instructions confirm that the method is safe for every adjoining material.

A treatment suitable for solid silver may damage plating, fibres, textiles, adhesives, wood or decorative surfaces.

Orders are dispatched from China and delivered by DHL Express to the destinations available at checkout.

All products currently offered by CLMADE are finished pieces. In-stock orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 business day. Our daily order cut-off is 16:00 Beijing Time (UTC+8). Orders placed after this time, on weekends or public holidays enter processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

DHL Express delivery estimates depend on the destination and customs processing. Refer to checkout or your order information for the applicable estimate. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and does not include order processing.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We send DHL tracking details after dispatch. Tracking events may take time to appear after the parcel has been accepted by the carrier.

All orders receive free DHL Express shipping, and applicable duties and taxes are included (DDP). No minimum order quantity or order value is required. You should not be asked to pay additional routine import duties or taxes on delivery.

Contact CLMADE as soon as possible if an order detail is incorrect. A change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after preparation, packing or carrier processing has started.

Do not send payment information or other sensitive financial details through the contact form.

Keep the product, original packaging and shipping label. Photograph the outer parcel, internal packaging, complete product and affected area as soon as possible.

Then contact CLMADE with your order number and clear photographs. Do not discard the packaging or attempt a repair before receiving instructions.

Return eligibility depends on the product, order circumstances, hygiene considerations, condition and applicable consumer rights. Read our Return and Refund Policy for the current conditions and request process.

Contact CLMADE before sending anything back. Unauthorised international returns may be delayed, refused or sent to the wrong address.

Not necessarily. Depending on the issue, evidence, product value, destination and available resolution, CLMADE may request a return or provide another case-specific solution.

A refund without return is not automatic and should not be assumed before the case has been reviewed.
