Free DHL Express Shipping on Every Order · Duties & Taxes Included

CLMADE dispatches orders from China to supported international destinations using DHL Express. Every order includes free DHL Express shipping, with applicable duties and taxes included. No minimum order quantity or order value is required.

Where We Deliver

A destination is available when it can be selected at checkout and a DHL Express shipping option is offered for the address. If no delivery option is shown, CLMADE is not currently accepting online orders for that destination.

Shipping Charges

All products qualify for free DHL Express shipping to destinations available at checkout.

Optional currency-conversion, card or bank charges imposed independently by the customer’s payment provider are not charges collected by CLMADE.

Duties and Import Taxes

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). CLMADE covers the applicable import duties, import taxes and ordinary carrier customs-clearance charges.

The amount paid at checkout includes product charges, applicable taxes and duties, and free DHL Express shipping. Customers should not be asked to pay additional routine import duties or taxes on delivery.

If a carrier unexpectedly requests an import payment for your order, contact CLMADE with the order number, tracking number and a copy of the request before paying so that we can review it with the carrier.

Order Processing

Processing begins after payment and order confirmation. It can include stock confirmation, handmade preparation where applicable, inspection, protective packing and preparation of customs documents. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Please refer to the product page, checkout or order information for the applicable preparation estimate. Orders containing products with different preparation periods may follow the longest estimate unless separate shipment is arranged.

Delivery Estimates

The complete order timeline consists of processing time plus carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly confirmed. Customs review, remote-area delivery, carrier disruption, severe weather, security checks and public holidays can affect delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent after the parcel has been accepted and registered by the carrier. Tracking events may take time to appear. Use the carrier’s official tracking channel and contact CLMADE if tracking remains unchanged beyond a reasonable period.

Address and Customs Information

Before payment, check the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, region, postcode, country, email and telephone number. Enter an address format recognised by the destination courier.

CLMADE uses accurate product descriptions, quantities, declared values, confirmed tariff classifications and country-of-origin information. Commercial orders cannot be marked as gifts or declared at artificially reduced values.

The carrier or customs authority may request recipient information that is legally required for clearance. Respond only through a verified carrier channel and contact CLMADE if uncertain.

Failed or Refused Delivery

A parcel may be held or returned if the address is incomplete, delivery attempts are unsuccessful, required recipient information is not supplied or delivery is refused. Refusal or non-collection does not automatically cancel an order. Any remedy is assessed after the parcel status, condition and associated costs are confirmed, subject to the Return and Refund Policy and mandatory law.

Damaged, Missing or Delayed Parcels

Keep the complete item and all original packaging until the order has been inspected. For damage or missing contents, photograph the shipping label, every side of the outer parcel, internal packaging and the affected product, then contact CLMADE with the order number.

If tracking does not confirm delivery within a reasonable period after the estimated window, CLMADE will review the tracking record and open a carrier enquiry where appropriate.

Returns

Do not return an order to the registered office address unless CLMADE expressly provides that address in approved return instructions. Review the Return and Refund Policy before sending any item.
